Valencia is a planned community located in Los Angeles County, California in the northwestern corner of the Santa Clarita Valley, adjacent to Interstate 5. Valencia's residential areas are separated into villages. Almost all of Valencia's villages are close to schools, shopping, etc. In many of the villages, homeowner's associations oversee the quality and upkeep of housing developments ranging in size from a few dozen homes to over a thousand.

The Cottage Hill community is in the Northbridge Village, in the heart of Valencia. It consists of 203, one and two-story, detached single-family homes in Valencia, CA (within the Santa Clarita Valley.)

There are several 3 Bedroom and 4 Bedroom models of homes within the community, ranging from 1355 to 1900 square feet of living space.

Each home has a front and backyards and attached garages. The community also has a pool, spa and access to nature walking trails and local parks.
